| Turkmenbashi American Corner |
 The Turkmenbashi American Corner was opened in November 2002. Our center provides access to current and reliable information about the US, educational advising services, and access to the internet and a comprehensive English language library.
Visitors to the American Corner are able to take advantage of our extensive book and resources collection, which includes materials about English grammar, U.S. history and culture, educational and testing guides, health manuals, and reference materials (dictionaries, encyclopedias, and world almanacs).
We also host various educational and cultural events for the general public, including presentations, clubs, after-school activities, and outreach activities. We also disseminate information on current issues of US policy.
All of our services and free and open to the public and we welcome new visitors.

Regional Representative
Turkmenbashi American Corner
Nurbibi has worked as Regional Representative of the Turkmenbashi American Corner since August 2005. She also serves as the American Corner educational advisor.
At the American Corner, Nurbibi teaches TOEFL preparation classes and also regularly holds presentations on the US educational system.
Nurbibi Nuryagdiyeva graduated from the D. Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages and has a degree in English language and translation. In 2007, she attended an regional advising conference in Kyiv, Ukraine.
