On March 2nd Dashoguz American Corner had an opening ceremony of Women’s History Month by Anahan Seytmedova, FLEX’08. After opening speech there was a debate on the topic “Women and Society”. 26 visitors of Dashoguz American Corner took part in the debate. At the beginning of the activity participants were divided into groups and each of participant received piece of paper where they wrote down their association with the word “a woman”, it was a warm up game, which was followed by debate itself. During the activity participants had an opportunity to share opinion, exchange information and improve their debating skills.
